Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1.75 C. Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 3/4 C. White sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Cloves
  • 1.667 C. Pet milk
  • 1 Nine inch pie shell (unbaked)

Mix all together, pour in pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top before baking.
