Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 C. Milk
  • 3 eggs ( separated )
  • 2 1/2 to 3 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 T. Heaping flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 C. Pecans ( cut up )
  • 1/2 C. Oleo or butter

Mix sugar and flour, add oleo, then beaten egg yolks, add milk and pecans, last fold in egg whites and pour into unbaked pie shell. Put pecans on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
