Lemon Pie


Ingredients:
  • 1 T. Lemon extract
  • 2 T. Vinegar
  • 1 Heaping T. Cornstarch
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2/3 C. White sugar
  • 1 C. Hot water
  • 1 T. Oleo

Boil until thickened; when cool, put in baked crust.


Double recipe for 1 pie
