Graham Cracker Pie

Ingredients:
  • 21 Graham Crackers ( or 2 1/2 Cups )
  • 1/4-C. White sugar
  • 1/3-C. Butter

Mix and press into pie plate for the crust. Put in oven 350 to 375 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.

Filling:

  • 2 Eggs ( yolks )
  • 5-T. Flour
  • 1/2-C. White sugar
  • 3-T. Butter
  • 1 1/2-C. Milk
  • 1-tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/8-tsp. salt

Double the filling for a 9 inch pie. Put crust in oven for 10-15 minutes at 350 to 375 degrees. Beat egg white, put on top of pie. Save 1/2-C. crumbs and sprinkle on top. Put back in oven for another 5 to 10 minutes.
